A Toy OEM & ODM Manufacturer for B2B Partners
Wugang Rundong Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of plastic toys, collectible figures and blind box products. We work on the production side of the supply chain, making products for designer toy brands, IP owners, gift companies, private label clients and distributors. We are a factory — not a consumer brand and not a trading company.
Company Background
Ten Years in One Industry
Rundong started in Dongguan in 2014 as a plastic toy manufacturer. From the beginning, the work centred on injection-molded products, and over time it narrowed further toward collectible toys, blind box series, figurines and stress-relief toys.
As order volumes grew, production expanded to a second base in Huizhou. In 2024 we opened our Wugang factory in Hunan Province, with a construction area of 40,000 m². The three bases now operate together under one management structure.
Today our focus remains the same: manufacturing toys and collectibles for other companies' brands and IP, and doing it consistently over the long term.

Manufacturing Scope
What We Make
Our production covers small-to-medium plastic collectibles — the kind of products that depend on accurate sculpting, clean paintwork and careful assembly. Nearly everything we make is produced to a client's own design or IP.
Blind Box Series
Static display figures, mini Q-style figures and themed or event-based series produced in coordinated sets.
Figures & Statues
Scale static figures, articulated action figures and character figures, including sports-related IP.
IP Creative Displays
Desktop statues, multi-piece scene displays and commemorative collection pieces built around licensed characters.
Special-Process Collectibles
Flocked figures, electroplated or spray-painted models and water transfer printed display pieces.
Ways We Work With You
We produce to your existing designs (OEM), develop products from a concept or brief (ODM), and manufacture under your own label and packaging.

Where Our Products Go
Our products are typically sold through designer toy and collectibles retail, licensed IP merchandise programs, gift and promotional channels, and limited or event-based releases.
How We Operate
How a Project Works With Us
Most of our clients come to us with a character, a series concept or a finished design. Our job is to turn that into a product that can be made reliably — and to keep making it the same way, season after season.
Starting From Your Brief
A project usually begins with your files, sketches or reference images. Our team reviews them from a production point of view: how the figure will be split into parts, which materials and finishes suit it, and where design details may need adjusting to mold and paint cleanly. We share these recommendations early, before money is spent on tooling, so decisions are made with a clear picture of cost and feasibility.
Sampling as a Shared Checkpoint
We treat samples as the point where both sides agree on what the product should be. 3D modeling and 3D-printed prototypes come first, followed by painted samples once colors are confirmed. Revisions are expected and handled openly. The approved sample then becomes the reference that production is measured against.
Coordinating Production Internally
Because tooling, injection molding, painting, printing, assembly and packaging are handled within our own facilities, one project team follows each order from mold to carton. Work is planned across our three bases according to capacity and process requirements, so larger orders can be scheduled without passing your product between outside suppliers.
Built for Ongoing Programs
We work best with clients who release products over time — new series, reorders and line extensions. Keeping molds, color standards and production notes on file means each new run builds on the last. We are open to first projects of any shape, but our way of working is designed around long-term relationships rather than one-off orders.
Manufacturing & Quality
What a Working Day Looks Like
On a typical day, molded parts move from injection lines to trimming, then to spray painting and pad printing, and on to assembly and packing. Each workshop receives parts from the one before it and checks them before continuing, so issues are caught at the step where they appear rather than at the end.
For us, stable quality means the piece packed at the end of a run matches the approved sample that started it. That depends on ordinary things done carefully: mold maintenance, recorded paint mixes, color checks against reference samples, and consistent assembly instructions at every station.
Raw plastic materials are sourced from traceable suppliers, and inspection takes place on incoming materials, during production and before shipment. When something goes wrong, we trace it to its cause, correct it and tell the client plainly. Responsibility for an order stays with the team that made it.
